I think this is one of the most pressing issues in the country at the moment, how would the Imperial Party get the long-term unemployed and NEETs into and back into the labour force?.

To begin with you have to look at the whole picture, it will be difficult to get any British citizens back into work as long as you are joined at the hip with the EU and its ever increasing migration of foreign workers to our shores.
Any new work goes to them as they undercut our people everytime, this has to stop first.
Not only are these people taking work but they are also taking homes and places in our schools and hospitals, silly as it seems they are using our water reserves as well as other resources we need for our own people.
If we got rid of these people it would free up at least 2 million jobs overnight and would ease the home shortage as well many other benefits.

We need to get out of the EU and end the 50 million pounds paid into by our country every day, this alone would not only pay for advanced training for our workforce but would be available for investment in R&D in new technologies in the Hi Tech/ energy/ water and food sectors.

We then have to get out of the Human Rights laws, once this is done we can deport all those who oppose what we stand for in this country.

Ending of these laws should break the PC brigade, if not the people or organisations who are instigating PC will be found and imprisoned in our new "no frills" prison system.

We then have to close our borders to the usual riff raff who smuggle their way into our benefit schemes, those that are already here will have to be found and removed, all those found employing them or hiding them will be fined and imprisoned and if foreign will also be removed along with their families and relations.

All overseas aid to be stopped and that money put into use for the benefit of our old and sick.

Taxes will be lowered to free up money for the economy, Banks will repay what they owe to the government and be allowed to whither and die or prosper without any more bale-outs.

All the useless government quangos will be shut down, all non- jobs in the government will go, Engineering, Science and other high tech subjects will be taught a universities, out go the mickey mouse degrees.

All young people from the age of 11 will be taught some needed skill at school, those out of school will go to training colleges, no one will sit at home doing nothing.

We do not want or need PLEBS in this country, PEOPLE, LACKING, EVERYDAY, BASIC SKILLS.

To fund these schemes a new British Bank will be founded with no connections to the old corrupt banking monopoly who think they own the people and can make them their cash cows, which will be based on the sound practice of the gold/silver standard.

To make available more money to our people all credit card rates will be cut to no more than 4.5% over base rate and loans and morgages to no more than 3.5% over base rates.

Britain will no longer be a "service industry" but will be a manufacturing/ self sufficiency based country.

This new British Bank, through new work and ideas committees will lend to individuals or companies who have the right products to enrich our country.
New transport built on electricity and hydrogen, pull down old homes and build new homes that are practically self sufficient.
Nationalise the water, electricity, gas, railways and new food pyramid growing industries, coal to be reintroduced, this will bring work and respect to a vast majority who have not seen any work in a long time.

We will build ships etc. and increase our armed forces, all young men and women will be encouraged to spend at least three years in one of the branches of these forces.
This will train our young in a skill and also prepare them to use weapons unlike today when the vast majority of people in the UK could not fight their way out of a paper bag.
In this increasingly populated world where food, energy and land are being fought over it makes sense to be a strong nation in every respect even to the point of getting rid of any fifth column or religion within our midst.

If just these ideas where implemented the country would be turned around within 5 years, who, do you ask, would buy our new products and technology? the rest of the world who would be floundering under massive debt and a population they would not be able to feed.
The overpopulation of the world scenario is real and we must take steps to protect our country from it.

We now have a huge raft of fast-breeding underclass who do not want to work as long as they get free money and housing. These are British people and are readily joined by black and brown immigrants who think they have arrived in heaven when they visit the DSS in the UK.
Money should never be given. Only vouchers and make it a criminal offence to trade them. They could all be barcoded to the individual they are issued to. This would be for food,clothes and utilities. Housing would be of a low order and people on benefits would be inspected for child abuse if they failed to care for their children in an acceptable manner.
Only a truly draconian approach will have any impact.
There have always been scivers and this sort of person in society but now they are living the life of Riley.
DSS work camps of a para-military nature should be set up and the workshy make to work in return for their food vouchers.
This is the only way to get the huge idle underclass off their arses.
