Population control is the one great debate on which everything else hinges, whether it is agriculture, energy policy, international trade, or climate change.
By H.B. Schmidt

I will never seek to deny anyone less fortunate than I the opportunity to a better life. But if thats contingent upon me having my tax dollars used via food aid to support out-of-control birth rate nations, then the deal is off.

Middle Eastern countries like Syria, Iran, and Iraq have quadrupled or quintupled their population since 1960. Likewise, many African nations such as Egypt, Ethiopia, Sudan, and Kenya have also seen equally dramatic rises in their populations and all without basic infrastructure or natural resources to support their burgeoning populations. Many of them are wholly reliant upon foreign aid to keep their citizens complacent enough so as not to upset the government. I have to ask, Why? Is the system sustainable? No. Should they be allowed to immigrate elsewhere? No. The costs associated with education and healthcare alone make such a relocation effort unsustainable.

Likewise, uncontrolled local or regional population growth will strain the natural environment, degrading it and potentially impeding the viability of great land animals, especially in the Serengeti. Yet ecology-minded peoples wanting developed nations to cut their standard of living to give these other nations a chance to develop their economies NEVER discuss the topic of population control. And that is the one great debate on which everything else hinges, whether it is agriculture, energy policy, international trade, or climate change.

As we move forward with automation, AI and robotics, the question that needs to be asked is, Will we put efficiency ahead of jobs and peoples need to work? Imagine an entire region such as Bangladesh, where much of the global textile industry is concentrated, being replaced by robotics and automation. Efficiency goes way up, costs come down, and literally millions of Bangladeshis now have no way to compete, no job, and no source of income. What would they do? How would their country be sustained economically? Theft, crime, exploitation, mass migration all of them are likely outcomes.

But what if the nations to which they immigrate also have been highly automated, and their own citizens are equally in need of jobs or a means of supporting themselves? Then the incoming refugees would be at a decided disadvantage (given the lack of education, skills, etc. to compete) and would have to be turned back, unless total collapse of the host nation is an unstated goal. The same outcomecrime, exploitation, mass migrationwould occur repeatedly until no host nation existed, capable of supporting itself and everyone else who wants to be part of its success.

We see this very situation playing out today in the EU as young, capable, low educated, no skill North Africans and Middle Easterners invade European countries because their own nations do not have the resources or infrastructure capable of sustaining their population. And yet, no mention of decreasing the birthrate in their own nations, just petitions from EU member states to do the humanitarian thing and accept these people as refugees. Why?

To boost the stagnant populations of European nations themselves!

There are literally far too many humans on the planet, consuming natural resources at a rate that AGW alarmists see as unsustainable, yet they remain silent on the discussion of why population control is absolutely mandatory for developing nations who are disproportionately dependent upon foreign aid for their own stability. Somethings got to give and only when AGW alarmists concur that the human population is far too high will I even consider making changes to my standard of living here.

There are too many foreigners living in the UK today , the government will not do a census in case the public find out and demand they be deported------------we have a chance when we leave the EU and send 5 million of them home plus the 2 million illegals who are here ----------then we can turn our attention to the 7/8 million followers of the peaceful religion once and for all
