Israel to Expel all Congolese by January 2019 as Test Case to Deport All Africans
TNO STAFF OCTOBER 13, 2018 0 COMMENT
The Israeli government has formally given notice to all Congolese asylum seekers living in the Jewish state that they must leave Israel by January 5, 2019, or face enforcement measuresbecause there is no need for anybody in the Congo to be seeking asylum.
The announcement, made in English and French (the lingua franca of the Congo) was published on the official Israeli governments website last week, and was signed by Yossi Edelstein, whose title is listed as managing director of the expulsion of foreigners. (The name is only included in the French version of the statement).
The statement said that it was notifying Congolese asylum seekers that pursuant to the examination conducted in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, from which it transpires that, as a rule, there is no impediment to the expatriation of citizens of the Democratic Republic of Congo (hereinafter: Congo), back to their home country, the Minister of Foreign Affairs instructed that the general temporary protection policy that has been in effect up to this point in time with respect to citizens of the Democratic Republic of Congo, is no longer required and therefore the Minister instructed that such policy be cancelled.
Put in plain English, this means that the Israeli government has investigated the situation in the Congo, and has found that there is no reason for anyone to be claiming refugee status from that country.
Therefore, the Israeli government notice says, no-one from the Congo qualifies as an asylum seeker under international rules, and must go home.
Pursuant to the Ministers decision, Congo citizens residing in Israel are required to make arrangements for their departure from Israel within 90 days of the date of publication of this notice, i.e. no later than January 5, 2019, the official statement continues.
Accordingly, the Population and Immigration Authority will not issue residence permits, the validity of which extends past this date.
The announcement says that Citizens of the Democratic Republic of Congo are invited to visit the Office of the Voluntary Expatriation Assistance Unit, located at 64, Mivtza Hadesh St. in Bnei Brak. The employees of the Unit will assist Congo citizens residing in Israel to return to their home country.
Finally, the statement says, It would be prudent to hereby clarify that as of January 5, 2019, enforcement measures will be taken against illegal residents who are citizens of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The announcement is clearly the latest move by the Israeli government to get rid of its 40,000-strong African invader population. Earlier attempts to ship them to Uganda and Rwanda collapsed, and a substitute plan to ship them to European nations fell through after it was pointed out that this was in effect rewarding the Africans for invading Israel, and that even more would come if that deal remained in place.
At the time, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised in public that his government would not stopping looking for ways to expel the invaders, and this announcement appears to be the latest attempt.
By sticking strictly to the definition of a refugeeas outlined in the the official United Nations definition, as contained in the 1951 Refugee Convention, the Israeli government will justify the expulsions of those who are obviously not refugees.:
The UN definition of a refugee states that it is a person who is outside his or her country of nationality or habitual residence; has a well-founded fear of being persecuted because of his or her race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion; and is unable or unwilling to avail himor herself of the protection of that country, or to return there, for fear of persecution. (see Article 1A(2)).
By invoking this clause, the Israeli government can claim that the Congolese asylum seekers in Israel are not genuine refugees, and that they are therefore justified in expelling them.
This logic is of course perfectly correctand applies to almost every single African in Israel, and all the millions of nonwhites who have invaded Europe, America and Australia using the fake refugee excuse.
The Israeli governments plan appears to be to see if the Congolese expulsion is successful, and then start with all the other African nationals in due course.
If European states were not run by race-traitors, but by governments looking to the interests of their own people, as Israel is, then they too would be able to use this plan to get rid of their invaders.
* Even though the Israeli government made the announcement last week, it has been ignored and blacked out by the Jewish lobby-controlled media in the west, who would otherwise have made a fuss of it had any similar statement been issued by any white countrys government.
WHY ARE WE NOT DOING THE SAME HERE -------TIME TO END THE NEOLIBERAL AGENDA IN THIS COUNTRY |
