Id like to have a rant about our dear Maggie Thatcher,

If i hear one more "Conservative" say what a great leader was, im going to have a physchotic episode.

Maggie Thatcher was not a conservative, she was a pro-EU, pro-Free Market, Pro-Freetrade globalist, who was no in any sense a Nationalist and belived the abolition of the State so big Corporations could rule over us.

Her greatest crime we to privatise our great Nationalised industries.

Yes we should re-nationalise those industries that were privatised to give money to the greedy and not the needy.

Go see 'The Iron Lady' if you have not already done so. Its one of the best films I have ever seen.
I think she was too materialistic to be a great leader. Her sell-offs of the power and water industries have caused misery. On top of that I recall the 18% mortgage rate when we had a very young family to support in 1980.
However at the time England was almost in a golden age with fewer immigrants and no E.European EU criminals. I sometimes wish we could turn the clock back.

I have just seen the film and i agree with you it is very good, I like the part about sinking the Belgrano, no hanging back or lets think about it, she had it right there.
The talk with the American about letting the Falklands go was also a winner, there is no one in our government who can take the decissions like she did at the moment.
She did a lot of harm but she did some good too, unlike the P.L.E.B.S, politician lacking everyday basic skills, we have in power over us at the moment, she did not turn every other day like camerloon.
I agree we should re-nationalise and also get out of the EU, get rid of the human rights laws, stop giving charity to everyone but us, get rid of all those foreigners who do not belong here and start manufacturing again.
By the look of the world situation at present we should start with armaments and shipbuilding.
